Paying members of DressageTrainingOnline.com, are able to cancel at any time. There is no contract. Billing is recurring on a monthly basis until a cancellation is requested. To do so one must send an email to customerservice@dressagetrainingonline.com, or send a message through the "Contact " tab on the home page, near the top, within the navigational tab area. Request to cancel must be received within 2 days, before the commencement of the next 30 day period. Please provide your original order number, which you receive in email or the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit card number used. Once cancellation is requested the member is able to continue with full access to the site for the remainder of their current monthly membership, after which access to the site will cease.

Membership can be renewed by simply going through the "Membership" tab on the homepage, and entering billing information once again. We welcome you as a member and your feedback to our training and education site, always!
