10/2012 - Christoph Hess - 2nd/3rd level, Talented horse and rider, training the flying changes in a young horse

This beautiful young mare shows impressive gaits, and the rider has wonderful timing with her aids.  In the warm up they work on more inside leg, and on the shoulder fore.  Mr. Hess asks for more stretching. Mr. Hess discusses why a "natural" trot, as shown in this quality mare, is so important. They work on the flying changes, first making sure that the depart is proper.  With the right preparation the mare shows two clean, good changes.
