Video Description

In this new video Colleen Kelly introduces us to the basics of riding and biomechanical reasons some common faults happen. The first issue she presents is falling in, especially in corners. She demonstrates through her riding the effect of imbalance in the rider. She presents four items to check: Is the helmet level, are the elbows level with the belt, is there even pressure on the seat bones, and is the weight even in both stirrups.
