 How do I become a member?

Click on Explore Membership on top of home page, 10 Day Trial below home page media player, or in bottom navigation links. Follow the directions. Start watching and learning.

 How do I give a membership as a gift?

A membership to DressageTrainingOnline.com is a great gift for many occasions. It’s easy! From the homepage, on the bottom, press the button, "Purchase Gift Certificates".

 Can I preview a video before becoming a member?

Yes. On the homepage at the top is a tab that says, "sample video". We also offer a 10 Day Free trial, where you have unlimited access to the site. 

 How do my Gold Membership features work?

Gold Membership includes, access to everything. To access a live stream broadcast or webinar, refer to your welcome email kit that was sent to you upon membership initiation. It contains the code to use for initiating access. If you cannot find the email please contact customerservice@dressagetrainingonline.com and they will resend your instructions and code keys. 

Your access directions for MyDressageStats.com, will also be in your welcome email. 

You will also get one download of a video of your choice per 3 month membership. Please choose the video you would like and send the url to customerservice@dressagetrainingonline.com and they will send you your download. 

 How do I know that the payment is secure?

When accessing our payment pages, you will see a small padlock at the bottom of the status bar (to see this, make sure you have checked View/Status Bar in your browser). You can also right click on the payment page and then select ‘Properties’. The URL displayed will begin with ‘https’; ‘s’ stands for security.

 I would like to advertise on this site. What do I do?

If you would like to advertise a product, go to Shop Goods and select Advertise with Us  or click here. If you would like to advertise a horse for sale, go to Shop Horses and post your horse, or click here. It is FREE for members.You may also send an email to customerservice@dressagetrainingonline.com.

 If I am unhappy with my membership, can I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your membership, we will refund your subscription. Please send your request within 3 days of becoming a member to customerservice@dressagetrainingonline.com or use the contact tab at the tab of the website.  You will receive a confirmation email back. This includes month to month and term memberships. There will be no refunds after the 3rd day.

 What payment methods are accepted?

You have the most efficient payment methods on the Internet at your disposal:

 Do I still have to pay for my monthly membership if I don't use it?

Yes. It's like a subscription to the gym that is billed  in 30 day increments. You must notify us by email to cancel and stop the billing 2 days before your next bill date. There is no partial refund.  Additionally we do not track your usage as it is unlimited and we have no way of knowing if you have used the membership.. 

 What is the price of membership?

For $36.00 per month, you will have unlimited access to over 1600 training videos and educational content with a standard membership. The membership automatically renews every 30 days until canceled. Cancelation must happen at least 2 days before your next bill cycle. Bill cycle begins every 30th day, depending on the original date you signed on.

Standard term membership options are available which are non-refundable after 2 days of purchase:

  • 6 month commitment  paid now with 15% discount = Avg $30.60/month = $183.60
  • 12 month commitment paid now with 20%discount = Avg $28.80/month = $345.60

Gold term membership options are available which are non-refundable after 2 days of purchase: 

  • 3 month commitment paid now with a 10% discount = Avg. $45.00/month = $135.00
  • 6 month commitment paid now with a 15% discount = Avg. $42.50/month = $255.00
  • 12 month commitment paid now with a 20% discount = Avg. $40.00/month = $480.00

If you choose a 3, 6 or 12 month membership paid in advance to enjoy a deeper discount, your membership will default to a 30 day recurring billing at the end of your term unless you decide to cancel. We do not give partial refunds.

At any time if you do not wish to continue your membership you must cancel your membership.  We do not send renewal reminders.  Please use the "Contact" tab at the bottom of the website or send an email to customerservice@dressagetrainingonline.com; otherwise your credit card will be charged accordingly. 

We welcome you as a member again at any time,  Simply go on line and log in to your account. You will get a red meesage that asks you to Update your subscription. Select the subcription that bets meets your needs.

 How do I cancel my membership?

Please use the "Contact" tab on the bottom banner of the website.  You will get a carbon copy of the email you sent.  You can also send an email to customerservice@dressagetrainingonline.com; otherwise your credit card will be charged accordingly. Please do this before the last 2 days of your 30 day billing cycle. You will need to provide your first and last name that you registered under. You will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to save this receipt as it is proof of your cancelation.

 Can I increase the clarity of the video?

You have control over the streaming quality of your video based on YOUR internet connection. We now stream dynamically, meaning we detect your internet throughput rate and deliver at the highest rate detected. However, you can manually increase or decrease the bitrate to change clarity, by "right clicking" on the video...choices will appear, click on your desired rate. 

 What to do if you see a message saying I need a FLASH player to view video on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox

Some browsers default to not enable Adobe Flash amongst other plugins.

For Google Chrome; Enable Flash Player in Chrome. Open your Google Chrome browser, type chrome://plugins in the address bar and press enter. Scroll down to Plugins. Here you can select Disable, Enable Adobe FlashPlayer and also check the Always allowed check-box. 

For Microsoft Edge; Go to advanced settings in Edge to insure flash is turned on. For more help; https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-issues-windows-10-edge.html

For Mozilla  Firefox: Go to Adobe's Flash Player download page and download the Flash installer.

  1. When the download has finished, close Firefox. Click the menu button and then click Exit .
  2. Open the Flash installer file you downloaded and follow the instructions.

Note: If you are having problems with the Flash installer from Adobe's download page, you can use this Flash Player installer link to directly download the full installer.

 

 How do I eliminate choppiness in the video?

Hit the stop key in the media player, then hit the play button again, this will alleviate the lag time due to buffering. For best results, a minimum of a 56mg. broadband connection is needed. If you have a slower speed high speed connection, for example 11mg. the video will need to load almost fully to be able to play through without choppiness. Each video segment is approximately 10 to 15 minutes, which is quite large for the Online video world. If you have a slower connection, you can click on the segment, let it buffer in for 5 or 6 minutes, then play from the beginning. It will then play through without choppiness. Please try this out with the sample videos to you can see if this is going to work for you.

 Can I watch the videos using my iPad or iPhone?

Absolutely!  You can view DressageTrainingOnline.com content just as you would on your computer. It's 100% mobile responsive. 

 

 Can I view the website in another language?

We use Google Translate and it gives a computer translation in all languages. However, videos can be heard in English, some videos have dual language, such as Jean Bemelmans (French and Spanish), Alizee Froment (French), Martin Schaudt (German), Lotje Schoots (Dutch), Juan Munoz (Spanish). 

 Why do you need my email?

Your email is used to send a payment confirmation message and as an identifier for correspondence.

 What happens if I am a member and can't remember my password?

No problem. From the homepage click Log In in top right corner.  Selct Forgot username or password? Click here.  Follow the directions to have a password reset link emailed  to you

 How do I contact technical support?

If you encounter any problems please contact our customer service by emailing customerservice@dressagetrainingonline.com. You can also use the "Contact" tab on the bottom banner of the website.  The email that you used when becoming a member will be your identifier for all communication with our support team

 How do I download a video?

The videos are not able to be downloaded. They are watched via your computer, using streaming video, they take up no room on your computer. An exeption is, if you are a Gold Member and then you may receive one of your choice every 3 month term you sign up for.

 How often may I view the videos and how many may I view?

Once you are a member you may watch as many videos as many times as you want, for as long as you continue your membership.  You have unlimited access to all videos on our website.

 What devices are compatible?

Any device with a high speed internet connection. Whether your at the barn on your phone or traveling with your iPad...power up DTO, no special file to click no special broswer...just GO!
